These terms apply to all orders placed with OnlinePrint.ca. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout or on your quote.
Artwork and content
You are responsible for the content you send us and confirm that you have the right to print it, including any logos, images, text and trademarks. We may refuse any order we consider unlawful, infringing or offensive.
Proofs and production
Custom work is printed only after you approve a proof. Please check proofs carefully; you are responsible for errors present on an approved proof. Minor colour variation is normal in printing.
Printables licence
Digital products are licensed for your own personal use or internal use within your business. You may print them as often as you need, but you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.

Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or missed deadlines caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
