Sign & banner tips
- Signs are read from a distance, so use big, bold type and no more than seven words if you can.
- High contrast (dark on light or light on dark) is far easier to read from a moving car.
- For windy locations, choose a banner with extra grommets or wind slits.
- Check local bylaws and get property-owner permission before placing temporary signs.
- Order a few extra lawn signs; they tend to walk away.

What size lawn sign should I get?
18″ × 24″ is the most common size for real estate and contractor signs. 24″ × 36″ is more visible from the road.
Will my sign hold up in Edmonton winters?
Coroplast and 13oz vinyl handle cold, snow and sun well. Anchor stakes before the ground freezes, and expect outdoor signs to last a season or more.
Do you include stakes?
Wire H-stakes are available for coroplast lawn signs; just mention it in your quote request.
Can I get a custom banner size?
Yes. Banners can be printed to custom sizes. Tell us the width and height you need in the quote form.
