Business printing
Production time starts after you approve your proof and payment is received. Most items take about 3–7 business days to produce, plus shipping time. We ship across Canada by Canada Post or courier, and offer local delivery or pickup in the Edmonton area by arrangement.
Shop products (printed on demand)
Shop items are made to order. Production usually takes a few business days, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Times vary by product and destination, and may be longer during holidays.
Printables (digital downloads)
Printables are delivered instantly as downloadable files. Nothing is shipped.
Shipping costs: free across Canada
Shipping is free on all shop orders delivered in Canada; it is already included in our prices. For business printing, shipping is included in your quote.
Tracking and delivery problems
You’ll receive tracking information when your order ships. If a package is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contact@onlineprint.ca and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
